Interesting fact about Eltham… In 1979, the owner of Eltham LittleTheatre wanted to sell the land and so would not renew the lease and without funds to find another base, members were widely resigned to the closure of both the building and the company.By chance, Bob Hope, who was born in Craigton Road, Eltham, was in the UK to promote the Bob Hope British Classic Golf Tournament when he heard about the plight of the theatre. Assisted by celebrity friends he raisedenough moneyand in November 1982, the purchase of the freehold was completed and Eltham Little Theatre was renamed The Bob Hope Theatre.
Japanese knotweed (Fallopia japonica) is a non-native, harmful species of plant. Since it was introduced into the UK as a pretty garden plant in the mid-nineteenth century, it has spread across the UK, especially along watercourses, transport routes and waste areas.
CYB Environmental is the only Japanese Knotweed removal company to be regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and to hold full Property Care Association (PCA) approval (from an organization). Something that we are very proud of.
